The EiSYS-2 expansion plug anchors the adjusting screw in the load-bearing wall when fixing a ventilated facade. The manufacturer provides one solution for walls of the most varied composition, so on a typical substrate there is no need for a separate plug for concrete and another for masonry.
This item is not optional, and it is not one to estimate roughly either. One plug goes with one screw, so it is counted together with the fixing grid of the battens. Without the plug the screw has nothing to hold in, and the whole adjustment of the batten-to-wall distance rests on that anchoring.
The most common mistake when ordering EiSYS-2 is counting only the screws. The set is three items: the adjusting screw, this plug and the TX 30 driver bit (no. 945936).
Parameters: sizes 10 x 130 mm, sold per piece, article number 945404, EAN 4250207439202.
