Delivery area and costs
We deliver within Poland and to European Union countries. Current shipping methods and costs:

The shipping cost for your order is always shown in the cart and in the order summary before you confirm the purchase. Amounts include VAT.
Processing time
We pick and hand the order to the carrier within 24 h on business days for stocked items; 5-7 business days for items on order. This period starts from payment confirmation.
Carrier delivery time comes on top: usually 1-2 working days within Poland, and 3 to 7 working days in other EU countries.

Orders in the shop are paid immediately. Payment is confirmed automatically, so the order goes into processing without waiting for a transfer to clear.
Ordering as a company?
For larger volumes or if you need payment terms, contact us - we will prepare a quote and a pro forma invoice. We handle custom orders and items outside the catalogue the same way.
Prices and sales documents
All prices in the shop are in Polish złoty and include VAT. The seller is a registered VAT payer.
We issue a sales document for every order. If you buy as a company, provide your tax number (NIP) when placing the order - the invoice will be issued to the company details.
